1. Description of good and services

Earthfire Pizza is a business in the food and catering industry that markets pizzas, pizza ovens and aligned products.

2. Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and/or receipt of payment or subject to conditions of agreed payment terms, requests will be processed within 7 days and handed over to a courier company for delivery. Dispatch will be confirmed by way of email or telephone confirmation.

3. Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by Earthfire Pizza is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Earthfire Pizza will refund the client in full within 30 days. If the product is found to be damaged or defective due to no fault of your own, or you are dissatisfied with the item you have purchased please phone us or email us within seven working days and we will happily arrange a replacement or a refund. Goods must be returned in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. We do not refund the cost of postage or return postage.

4. Orders – Change of an Order

Orders can be changed subject to the following conditions:

4.1. Before the order has been dispatched

4.1.1. The product selection can be changed or the order can be cancelled.

4.1.2. In the event of cancellation, any bank charges incurred will be deducted from the refund of the transaction amount.

4.2. Once the order has been dispatched

4.2.1. In the event of an exchange of goods, the customer will be responsible for the return and re-delivery costs.

4.2.2. In the event of cancellation of the order prior to the unpacking of the product the customer will be responsible for the delivery and return costs

5. Delivery times

All orders are dispatched within 7 business days after your order has been paid for.
If collecting, we will let you know when your order is ready via email.
If we are out of stock of any item, we will let you know via email.
Your order may need to be signed for, so if you’re not going to be there, please specify an alternate address, such as your work address.
We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries caused by transport delays.
Domestic Deliveries via Courier within the borders of South Africa to all major centers: 2 – 3 days
Domestic Deliveries within the borders of South Africa to remote areas: 2 – 4 days

6. Delivery in South Africa.

Earthfire Pizza has the right to choose the mode of delivery for any free delivery offers. Should the customer request a different mode of delivery, a charge will apply.

7. Delivery is FREE for:

– Only orders within South Africa over R1500.00
– Only applicable to orders placed on the Earthfire Pizza webshop
– Delivery to town or cities in South Africa
– Delivery via courier is by normal road freight – any faster delivery service will be charged for.

8. If order is under R1500, a courier fee of R125 will apply

9. Cost of Delivery

When ordering, the delivery options and charges are shown on the website during checkout. Delivery prices quoted are for South African addresses only.


10. Surcharge

An additional surcharge up to R350 may be levied when a dedicated special trip to deliver the consignment or a faster delivery service is required. You will be notified by Earthfire Pizza and the surcharge will be payable prior to shipment via EFT. Examples of special surcharges include: Deadline deliveries, Saturday, public holidays, after hours; Mines, Power Stations, Plots/Farms, Military bases, Game Lodges, Ports/Harbours, Embassy/Consulates & remote areas

11. Cross Border and International Delivery by Courier

Customers in other countries (including Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia and Swaziland) ordering goods should arrange for collection of goods by their own appointed courier, unless otherwise arranged.

12. Goods imported into foreign Countries

Goods ordered off this Online Store that are delivered to Countries outside South Africa may be subject to import duties and taxes. The price paid for the goods does not include these duties and taxes.

13. Tracking undelivered goods

Earthfire Pizza will make every effort to retrieve goods should they go missing. This, however, does not intimate in any way that Earthfire Pizza accepts liability for the loss of goods after they have been dispatched for delivery to the customer. The customer has the option to insure the goods at checkout.

14. Customer Privacy Policy

Earthfire Pizza shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

15. Payment of Goods

All goods remain the property of Earthfire Pizza until paid for in full.

16. Payment options accepted

16.1 Orders from South Africa

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, credit cards or by EFT or direct deposit into the Earthfire Pizza bank account, the details of which will be provided at the store checkout or on request.

16.2 Orders from all other Countries

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, credit cards or by EFT into the Earthfire Pizza bank account, the details of which are provided at the Store checkout or on request. All bank charges for EFT to be for the account of the customer.

17. Credit card acquiring and security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Earthfire Pizza via a bank approved payment gateway that use the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.

18. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

19. Responsibility

Earthfire Pizza takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

20. Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Earthfire Pizza chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, PO Box 1946, Sunvalley, 7875.

21. Variation

Earthfire Pizza may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
