EARTHFIRE PIZZA MARKET LOYALTY PROGRAMME
Terms and Conditions:

The Earthfire Pizza (EFP) Loyalty Programme is open to all individuals.
Become part of the EFP Loyalty Programme by;
Registering your name, surname, cellular number (SA) and electronic mail (“EMAIL”) address, at the market store.
By registering you agree to the EFP Loyalty Programme Terms & Conditions.
Start earning loyalty points with your next purchase.

Earning and Spending Loyalty points:
A customer will be rewarded with 10% (ten percent) of their total spend in points with every purchase at the designated MARKET stores.
One point is equal to one Rand.
You can redeem your loyalty points at checkout. Your accumulated points from previous purchases may be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as visa card, snapscan and more.
EFP reserves the right to expire points after 12 months if no purchase is made within a 12-month period.

By making use of the EFP Loyalty Programme, you consent to EFP making use of your personal information (as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013) and Earthfire Pizza undertakes that your personal information will not be shared with 3rd parties.

The use of the EFP Loyalty Programme is currently only available for redemption at designated MARKET stores.

The EFP Loyalty Programme can be used in conjunction with any other special offer, promotion, discount or voucher offered in a market store. However, loyalty points can only be earned after all discounts and promotions have been applied.

Earthfire Pizza has the right to discontinue the Loyalty Programme without prior notice. Should the programme be discontinued, earned points will not be redeemable beyond this point.

Earthfire Pizza will not be liable for any failure or malfunction of the loyalty programme and related systems, for losses or damages arising from possible changes, or for any expenses and inconveniences resulting from the use of points or rewards.

Earthfire Pizza reserves the right to cancel or suspend member participation in the Programme or any Rewards earned and not yet used, in the event of fraud, abuse of rewards privileges, violation of these Programme Terms and Conditions, or at their discretion.

Members may opt out of the programme at any time. If you opt out of the programme, you will no longer earn points or be able to redeem points and you will forfeit your unused and unexpired points.
